We can provide company computer training courses for as little as £79 per person or alternatively we offer a large range of public courses for individual learners.

Every company computer training course cost includes all 5 of the following optional stages, which makes it even simpler for you (and your team) to organise training, and we think will greatly improve the overall effectiveness of the training process:

Stage 1
Client Systems Analysis: (optional)

One of our senior computer trainers will conduct an in-depth analysis of your IT systems- what kind of hardware, software, network; how people use their systems, for what purposes etc. This will only take a couple of hours and does not require you to do anything as the trainer will come in at a suitable time to discreetly conduct the study.

This is done so that when we run a course, all of the course software and systems are set-up to match your systems, the trainer has a full knowledge of how your staff use their systems and can adapt the course to suit. Any company templates or processes can also be integrated into the course.

It is also done so that a more meaningful training needs analysis can be carried out- which is stage 2.

Stage 2
Staff training needs analysis: (optional)

We will do all the leg work involved in carrying out an analysis of your staffs' training needs. Again this is a simple process which does not require you to do anything. We will provide a customised form for each of your staff to take a couple of minutes to fill in. This can be distributed on e-mail and filled in on-screen simplifying the entire process.

Our trainers will use the results to identify which courses to deliver and you will be sent a list of the most suitable courses. Again we do all the leg work and you simply can enjoy the results.

Stage 3
Delivering the course:

Courses can be run either on-site with your computers or our computers- as we have a mobile training suite, or they can be held in one of our training suites in our training centre (see venue).

Our suites have top of the range equipment with flat screen monitors and very comfortable surroundings. Delegates will receive refreshments all day, a full buffet lunch, training exercises and manuals, as well as being presented with a certificate on completion of each course.

Stage 4
Post training review sessions: (optional)

For every course run there will be a review session conducted around two weeks after the course has finished. These sessions will last roughly a couple of hours. They can be conducted at our training centre or if staff don’t have the time to leave their desks, a trainer will visit and either carry out the session on-site or at least conduct a “walk about” where the trainer will visit the staff at their desks.

The purpose of these sessions are to; address any concerns people have with what they have learned; sort out any problems they have encountered since their training; and it will motivate staff to practice what they have learned immediately after the course if they know a trainer will be visiting.

Again all the work is done by our trainers causing no disruption to business and improving on the training process.

Stage 5
Post training support: (optional)

Delegates will have the opportunity to e-mail any questions they have to their trainer up to 8 weeks after the course has finished.
